G Overstock focuses on the IT and consumer electronics liquidation space. We leverage strategic relationships will globally-known brands in order to source products at favorable pricing, offering these items to the wholesale and consumer market. This allows us to support customers with a multi-million dollar inventory. Our team consists of individuals with a dedication to customer service, as customer satisfaction is our number one goal. The primary facility of operation resides in Suwanee (Atlanta), GA.
Our products are sourced in a variety of conditions, including overstock factory-sealed product, returned and unopened product, open-box product, refurbished product, or off-lease product, amongst others. Household names such as Dell, HP, LG, Apple, etc. are just a few of the many manufacturers we typically have in our warehouse. Items such as desktops, laptops, monitors, TVs, etc. are common items we buy and sell. Each of these vendor relationships have been cultivated through years of working together. Our team is comprised of seasoned sales representatives, with years in this space. We are well-established with vendors and customers alike and are continuing to expand every day.
Mike Guenther - President
Leads a dedicated team that is committed to a great customer experience. Mike is helping lead G Overstock to very strong sales growth, as they have sold over 15 million dollars in technology with many repeat customers. While focused on all aspects of the business, Mike is responsible for continued growth as well as establishing new vendor and channel relationships. Mark Taylor - Sales Manager
Has 25 years of experience in the secondary markets and reverse logistics industry. Mark has managed the refurbishment and re-marketing of over 500 million in consumer electronic returns. Mark expertise is working with senior management teams at both big box retailers and manufacture to increase their recoveries on returned or end of life product. Auburn University BS.
Tiffany Lynam -
Has spent the past 25 years working with technology products. During her career she has sourced well over a billion dollars in product. Tiffany is diligent on staying current with marketplace trends and working with our vendor partners to ensure the most competitive pricing on our product offering. Tiffany also ensures our inventory is current and we have the types of products our customers require.
Bea Rodriguez - Customer Service Manager
Is tasked with ensuring we have outstanding customer satisfaction. She previously worked over 25 years with a 200 million dollar reseller of technology. Bea often works directly with customers and ensures any issues are handled in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Tim Martin - Warehouse Manager
Has responsibility for leading the shipping and receiving of all product. Tim also is regularly involved in making sure inventory levels are accurately depicted to our customer base and his team is continually on task.
Tech Services Department - We have a team of individuals dedicated to ensuring the quality of our product. They are skilled in reviewing product, assigning condition classifications and fixing any issues with units to make sure that customer expectations are exceeded.
